Clevelands House Hotel Minett, Minett

My stay at the resort was a mixed bag. The beach was perfect for families with its shallow waters, and the dining staff was commendable. However, the pool was out of order without any prior notice, and the booking process was inconsistent. The facilities are aging and could use some upgrades, making it a bit difficult to enjoy everything it has to offer.

Cleveland's House has potential with its spacious layout and friendly staff, making it a decent family getaway. The water park and beach are top highlights for kids, but several facilities need attention and the overall maintenance is lacking. On the downside, the outdated rooms and inadequate cleaning overshadow the positives, with guests often left wanting for better service and amenities.

I was quite disappointed with my stay. The property has fallen into disrepair, and many facilities, including the pools, were not open. While I appreciated the clean rooms, the lack of amenities and maintenance really overshadowed the experience. Wi-Fi was spotty, and the environment around the resort felt neglected, making it hard to enjoy my time there.

I was really excited to revisit Cleveland’s House, but I was taken aback by how much it has deteriorated. The location by Lake Rousseau is still fabulous, perfect for a relaxing vacation, but the facility shows signs of neglect. My experience dining there was disappointing with limited menu options, and the room I stayed in felt cramped and outdated. There's potential here, but it’s clear the place needs a serious upgrade to reclaim its former glory.
